By the Lake

[Leanna Barker]

Leanna jabbed him in the ribs playfully. "Don't go getting any funny ideas." She muttered.

[Theo Nott]

"What do you mean Funny ideas?" Theo asked curiously.

[Leanna Barker]

Leanna rolled her eyes. "You know what I mean." she said, turning her head away. "Funny ideas. What do I mean? You're insane." She rested her chin on her knees. "I mean like kissy stuff. I know what boys think about. It's the only thing you think about."

[Theo Nott]

"Oh, dont you worry." Theo said. "I wont go down that road again, you got very violent the last time I did that." he reminded.

[Leanna Barker]

Leanna smirked at him and laid back on the grass, stretching out happily. "I'll be worse if it happens again." she grinned. Her eyes closed slowly, letting her body relax. "It's nice out here. Even though its cold."

[Theo Nott]

"So cast a warming charm." Theo replied jot commenting on the worse remark she made, if only she knew.

[Leanna Barker]

Leanna pulled out her wand a cast a small warming spell, snuggling into the grass with a smile. "Yes, much better." she murmured, keeping her eyes shut.

[Theo Nott]

Theo shook his head. "So what is your game plan for this year?"

[Leanna Barker]

"Stick as close to you as possible. Get in with the ranks. Try not to let my blood status become personal knowledge." She shrugged a little. "Keep studying, get some more spells under my belt, make some potions. Lots of potions."

[Theo Nott]

Theo nodded. "What potions, any I can help with?"

[Leanna Barker]

Leanna frowned a little. "No. My potions. Go find your own projects." she grumbled, rolling onto her side, facing away from him and curling up. "You're a bully."

[Theo Nott]

"I can't deny that." Theo replied easily. "I was just curious if you wanted someone to help is all."

[Leanna Barker]

Leanna rolled back onto her back and opened her eyes to look at her friend. "I could do with some potions ingredients. Some of the less available ones." she commented. "That could be kinda helpful."

[Theo Nott]

"Make a list." Theo told her. "And we can go from there."

[Leanna Barker]

She nodded. "I'll look later at what I need." Leanna gave him a smile. "Thanks Theo. You're so sweet to me." She sat up and pinched his cheek a little. "And so cute."

[Theo Nott]

"Oi." Theo cried and swatted her hand away. "Dont do that."

[Leanna Barker]

Her fingers released his cheek and she squealed with laughter, her hands coming up to press against her lips, trying to hold the sound in. Theolooked so cute when he was cranky.

[Theo Nott]

Theo glared at her and grumbled. "Sometimes I worry about you."

[Leanna Barker]

"Ha! Like you can talk." Leanna shot back. "You seek out Death Eaters. What kind of crazy person does that!" She shook her head. "Me? I'm sane. And I'd very much like to keep my head on my shoulders."

[Theo Nott]

"I seek them out, because that is where I want to be one day." Theo replied.

[Leanna Barker]

"As I said, you're insane." She reached over and ruffled Theo's hair. "I have to go. Or I will be shot for missing classes." Leanna leaned over and kissed his cheek, getting to her feet to start walking away.

[Theo Nott]

"Talk to you later Leanna." Theo said as he shifted. Luckily he had a free period now before his next class.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus made his way around the lake, seemingly lost in thought. He was muttering to himself his hands twisting in odd movements in front of him.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent strolled outside, catching sight of both Theo and Mr. Lestrange. Perfect. She withheld a smirk before strolling across the grass and nodding to the boy who was kind of just chilling there and then heading towards their angry professor. She'd make her way back to Theo later. Talk to him about that little incident with Blaise.

She inhaled deeply before displaying a small smile as she reached Rodolphus, "hello there, professor. Out for a stroll?"

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus looked up as he was addressed his hands stilling their movements and his muttering stopped. "Ms. Bulstrode." he greeted. "The lake always helped me think as a student, and it is doing so now. How about yourself?"

[Theo Nott]

Theo watched Lestrange from across the lake. He turned when he felt someone looking at him and returned the greeting from Millicent. He was curious why she chose to approach the professor but he could ask her later.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"I was just looking to get a bit of fresh air," Millicent informed him. "The castle gets so stuffy sometimes." She looked out over the water before looking up at him with a tilt of her head, "mind if I join you for a bit?"

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus studied her for a few moments. "Not at all." He answered. "I am surprised you approached me, not many students feel safe enough to do so."

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Hm," Millicent tilted her head. "Well, you have a bit of an intimidating presence." She shrugged, "but I sort of know you. Being Draco's relative and all." She smirked a little, "and, to be honest, I just don't have a very timid disposition."

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus chuckled darkly. "Intimidation is a good tactic." he said. "As for knowing me, I highly doubt much of your information is accurate. Peoples perception of me tends to be a bit off."
