Transfiguration Classroom

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Watching the Nott boy attempt the spell cased amusement to flicker in his eyes. "You need to tighten the twist of your wand." he told the boy before turning to watch Ginny attempt the spell. "Something bothering you?" he asked her, dark amusement in his voice.

[Ginny Weasley]

"Just not very good at Transfiguration, sir," she returned, tone painfully dry, eyes not lifting from her mouse or her bungled attempts at his test.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"Do you need more personal instruction?" Rodolphus asked with an arched eyebrow.

[Theo Nott]

Theo nodded at the professor's suggestiong and practiced the wand movements several times until he had it as perfect as he could get it. Casting the spell again he was rewarded with a squeal, and then the mouse ceased moving for a moment before scurrying around again. Theo frowned at the mouse and attempted the spell again.

[Ginny Weasley]

"No sir, I wouldn't ask you to waist your time on a worthless talentless blood traitor like me," she smiled at him prettily, face carefully sincere. "I'll get it eventually."

Oh go die in a hole with your threats and your ugly starey eyes, and take your pathetic little puppy over there with you...

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"Oh you have worth." Rodolphus replied. "After all you are dating Potter." he said, having gained that knowledge from his Nephew over the summer.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy entered the classroom quietly and took a seat, watching the other students to catch up on the spell she needed to perform.
Hopefully she would pass unnoticed.

[Ginny Weasley]

"I'm afraid your information is outdated," she offered, keeping her tone pleasant and her expression neutral though inwardly she was imagining hexing the arse.

She was aware out of the corner of her eye of Pansy entering the room, however she didn't look over. Lestrange was still an unknown quantity, she didn't know how far he could be pushed, but the Carrows certainly disliked anything less than full attention when being addressed. She'd already learned that the hard way.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"Oh?" Rodolphus replied. "Did Potter leave you for that Mudblood of his?" he asked pleasantly, the smirk on his face filled with amusement.

[Theo Nott]

Theo watched Pansy enter and then turned back to his mice. He flicked his wand once more and was satisfied when the mouse squeaked, scurried for a moment and then stilled as its blood turned to water, he had completed the spell on his fifteenth attempt.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy opened her book, trying to figure out what spell Theo used.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Noticing Pansy opening her book, "Grab a cage from the front, Miss Parkinson." Rodolphus told her. "Turn the blood of one of the mice into water and the other into an acid of your choice."

Turning to Theo he flicked his wand and summoned the mouse. Cutting it slightly with a spell he watched as water seeped from the wound. "Well done Nott." he said genuine surprise in his tone, he didnt think the boy would be capable.

[Ginny Weasley]

"I did't ask, sir" Ginny answered shifting her affected bored gaze to her mice. "Still as I said. Worthless."

Worthless enough to fight of some of his little friends two years ago at the tender age of fourteen. Thankfully the nutter decided to turn his attention towards Parkinson. Hoping that was her finally off the hook, Ginny fell silent at that.

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Yes, Professor," she replied diligently and hurried to grab one of the cages. She raised a brow at the mouse, wondering what spell should she use.
She sat back and gazed at the small mammal, tilting her head to the side.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus moved back to his desk, his eyes still on Ginny. She may be a blood traitor, but she could still have her uses, she was physically attractive at the very least. Her spirit was fierce and it would be very enjoyable to break.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy took out her wand, deciding to turn that blood into acid. She swished the wand to cast the spell, but stopped with a sigh.

[Ginny Weasley]

Lestrange, she decided as she continued to fudge her casting, instead treating the mouse to a light tickle or occasionally making it sneeze, was also a pervert. Not as... creepy or hands on as the male Carrow, but there was something about the way those eyes flicker over her that made her feel both degraded and disgusting. But then again, he was Bellatrix's husband so that was probably part of the course.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"is there something wrong Ms. Parkinson?" Rodolphus asked with a raised eyebrow when he noticed her pause and sigh.

[Pansy Parkinson]

"If I turn its blood into acid I might splash everyone around if the mouse explodes, Professor," Pansy replied.
"I was just considering what containment spell I could use to avoid that."

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"None." Rodolphus replied. "If you cant control the transfiguration you deserve to get covered in acid." He added. "It will teach you a valuable lesson."

[Theo Nott]

Theo turned to the second mouse and set about deciding what acid to use.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy frowned at the Professor's reply.
"Alright then," she shrugged and cast the spell. The mouse twitched under it but otherwise seemed fine.

[Theo Nott]

The flicked his wand once more but was unable to successfully change the blood to acid. Frowning he flipped through his text book and began to reread a few sections, taking notes from time to time.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus watched the class, his eyes focusing primarily on Nott, Parkinson, and Weasley.

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Bloody thing," Pansy muttered in annoyance and cast the spell again, making the mouse bounce off the desk, fly across the room right under the Professor's nose and splash on the window.
"Oops," she bit her lower lip.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus looked over at Pansy. "Is there a reason you are throwing you mouse at me Miss Parkinson?" He asked as he slid his wand into his hand once more.

[Pansy Parkinson]

She gulped when she saw his wand ready.
"I'm sorry Professor, it wasn't intentional," she replied. "I guess turning its blood into acid is trickier than I thought," she gave a small smile.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus flicked his wand and cleaned the mouse from himself. "Be more mindful." He told her darkly before hitting her with a cutting spell in the shoulder.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy fliched at the stinging feeling on her shoulder but lowered her eyes, gazing at the floor as she went to pick another mouse.
"Yes Professor," she murmured.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus was surprised that she hadnt cried out at the spell. He tilted his head slightly and turned to focus on her more closely. Her lack of reaction intrigued him, he wanted to know why.
