[Ginny Weasley]

Ginny's mouth thinned as she watched the Ravenclaw get tortured, torn between wanting to shake him for his bloody idiocy prodding her and half admiring the bullheaded cockyness of him. If she didn't know better she'd say for sure he was a Gryffindor...

If the idiot didn't watch out he'd be claimed by the bint for good, and she could vouch for how sucky that was. If he made it out of this encounter alive she made a mental note to corner him about his suicide wish.

[Caden McGinnis]

Caden winced at the impact of her clap, but breathed a quiet sigh of relief when she finally walked away. He waited a bit longer, not wanting to force too much too quickly, before pushing himself off the floor, hurrying to do it one swift motion, to get it over with, and then fell into his seat at the table. Damn it, that hurt. He pressed his eyes shut, leaning forward and resting his head on the table, proceeding to move as little possible. That definitely wasn't helping with the pain.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

Rodolphus had watched the entire exchange in sadistic amusement. "Feeling better?" He asked as Alecto approached. "It certainly is fun watching you work."

[Alecto Carrow]

Alecto sat with a grin "A bit… he'd going to be fun. I do believe he is stuck with an inability to refrain from being a total wise arse unless he's been properly tortured and I'm nothing if not helpful…"

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex ignored the slight chill that had been inflicted when Alecto ran a hand through his hair and looked to his friend as he slumped into his chair, exhaustion evident. He sighed before sliding him a glass of water.

"Here, you probably need it after all that screaming," he stated flatly, anger restrained.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"Would you be kind enough to inform me of any events?" Rodolphus asked his eyes filling with mirth.

[Caden McGinnis]

Caden forced his head up, offering a sidelong smirk to Alex as he accepted the water. "Thanks, kid," he told him, his voice hoarse, and he sipped at it slowly. He paused, amusement flashing in his eyes, as he muttered to his fellow Raven under his breath, "Kinda like a roller-coaster."

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex simply stared at his friend silently a moment before shaking his head and offering a humorless smile, "right, of course. Such a...thrill."

[Caden McGinnis]

"Well yeah, that part too," Caden managed a raspy chuckle, but he winced as it escaped his throat. "Ow." He gave a slight shake of his head as he took another drink of water, before explaining, "Nah...I meant losing your voice from all the screaming."

[Alexander Chevalier]

"Doesn't sound like any roller coaster I've been on," Alex replied, "but who knows?" His gaze shifted to Alecto briefly, "there's a first time for everything."

[Professor Sprout]

Professor Sprout watched with a tight knot in her stomach. But she couldn't intervene, she had direct orders not to.
Damn these Death Eaters and their blood thirst! It made her sick to the stomach to have to stay put, like a coward.

[Alecto Carrow]

"Yes well I *am* known for my kindness," Alecto smiled a bit, her amused gaze flicking to Sprout.

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"It is legendary." Rodolphus agreed before following Alecto's gaze to Sprout.

[Caden McGinnis]

"Yep," Caden nodded in agreement to his friend, taking another sip of water and then resting his head back on the table. "New experiences. Let me tell you, kid...they're a hit and miss."

[Alexander Chevalier]

"That's definitely true," Alex sighed as he cast his eyes across the expanse of the Great Hall. Everything was so very bleak. It seemed like every day was deliberately dragging by, trapping them here for as long as possible.

[Caden McGinnis]

"Definitely," Caden agreed, glancing up at his friend and taking in his expression. "Why so glum, chum?" he questioned, putting on a chipper tone, but it sort of hurt his throat. Maybe not the best idea, but whatever.

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex looked to his friend with a humorless smirk, "I have no idea."

[Professor Sprout]

Pomona raised a brow at the two Death Eaters and poured herself a cup of tea.

[Caden McGinnis]

"Aww, c'mon," Caden smirked. "It's okay, buddy. You can tell me."

[Rodolphus Lestrange]

"Something wrong Professor?" Rodolphus asked Sprout when he noticed her raised eyebrow.

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex awarded him an indignant look as he cast Caden a sidelong glance. He knew very well what it was.

[Caden McGinnis]

Caden simply blinked at his friend, feigning ignorance.

[Alexander Chevalier]

"Oh knock it off," Alex replied with a small smirk and rolling his eyes. He decided to change the subject, "so...what'd you say we go explore that shrieking shack sometime?"

[Caden McGinnis]

"Ooh...," Caden's mouth formed a smirk, and he picked his head up a little in eagerness. "I'd say, hell yeah. Let's do it."

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex felt it was best to distract his mind from thinking too much over what had just happened. He felt his frustration recede a little as he nodded, "any theories on what we might find?"

[Caden McGinnis]

"Dunno," Caden shrugged. "Ghosts, maybe. You?"

[Alexander Chevalier]

"Not really," Alex mused as he tilted his head thoughtfully. "But your theory seems probable. Ghosts aren't really all that terrifying though." He clicked his tongue, "shame."

[Caden McGinnis]

"Right?" Caden shook his head in disappointment. "But hey, who knows? Maybe these are angry ghosts?"

[Alexander Chevalier]

"Oh, angry ghosts," Alex replied with an expression of exaggerated enthusiasm. "Maybe they'll assign us quests to help them," he lifted his fingers and motioned quotations, "move on and whatnot."

[Caden McGinnis]

"Oh man, that'd be great fun," Caden laughed just at the thought. "I so wish that'd happen."
