"Yeah that's right," she agreed, warming to the subject a little as she told herself to ignore the Slytherin fool across the room, and how Draco was letting her fawn over him. "Substitute seeker as well, but I prefer to play chaser. What about you two? Any interest in Quidditch?"

She cast her eyes to Alex as well, including him in the conversation.

"Eh...," the Raven gave a slight shrug of his shoulders in response to Ginny's inquiry. "Quidditch was never really my thing. I mean, I can see how it'd be fun--competitive, the team feel of it, all that, but...yeah, I don't know. Just something about it. Plus," he added with a wink, and giving Alex a slight nudge in the side as he said it, "it's kind of fun sitting on the sidelines and take bets."



He turned to offer Professor Sprout his attention, however, when she addressed the class. When everyone else seemed intent on ignoring her, he gave a shrug and addressed her himself, "What sorts of plants?"

Alex smirked a little at the nudge from Caden. Oh yes, that had definitely provided a great deal of entertainment.

"Must I have one?" Draco asked raising a brow. "Honestly I use to enjoy Potions when taught by Professor Snape, Slughorn is an idiot. So... now... I would say, none. Why, did you have one?"

"Of course you don't need to have one," Millicent responded before shrugging, "I was just tryin' to start a conversation. But, hm," she lifted a hand to her chin in thought before biting her lip and looking to him somewhat sheepishly, "you might hate me if I tell you."

Draco eyed her, now curious "What?"

"Don't take it the wrong way," she warned, holding up her hands defensively. "But, I really find that Muggle Studies class intriguing. It's interesting," she shrugged. "I like to know things about people."

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco looked at her as though she were daft "That must be because you haven't had her wand pointed to your head yet..."

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent frowned at that, eyes lowering. "Yeah...I didn't really like that. They keep targeting you for some reason. It upsets me." She looked to him and tilted her head, "but I told you not to take it the wrong way. From a strictly academic standpoint, I like the point of the class." She motioned with her hands to create an imaginary divider in the air as she offered a small smirk, "I'm separating what happened from the subject matter itself, see?"

[Draco Malfoy]

"No... I can't... must be the wand aimed at my face that distorts my vision," was Draco's droll reply as he rose a brow at her.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent sighed before lowering her hands and shaking her head at him. Yeah, she supposed it made sense. He was in a much worse position than her. She jutted out her bottom lip in a small pout, but her eyes were entirely sincere as she lifted a hand and gave him a little pat on his head, careful not to ruin his hair this time. "Sorry, Charming."

He made a face at her, a slightly teasing but haughty face, "It's about time you were able to see it my way. Teachers pet," he finished with a smirk.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Yes," Millicent lifted her chin slightly, feigning pride, "that's me.

[Draco Malfoy]

"I know... seriously, I thought you two were going to start talking about boys and painting one anothers' nails," Draco continued to tease.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Ooh," Millicent replied with exaggerated enthusiasm. "That's not a bad idea. Perhaps I should arrange it with her sometime."

[Draco Malfoy]

"Indeed, I'm quite sure she'll love it. In fact if you're lucky maybe she can do your hair too," Draco responded with his own "mood" matching hers.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Better and better," Millicent grinned, "you have the most marvelous ideas. I do so love the way she does her hair." That much was true, at least. The woman did have a certain sense of style.

[Draco Malfoy]

"I'm quite sure you do," Draco agreed, studying her with a borderline amused expression. "My my Millicent, is that a bit of a girl crush I see?"

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent inhaled sharply, eyes widening in a forced expression of surprise. "Darn it, Draco," her expression shifted and she snapped her fingers in resignation, "you caught me."

[Draco Malfoy]

"Yes well I am exceedingly bright," Draco agreed nodding his head.

"You're a gambler?" she asked, tone amused - she was careful to keep her voice down however so as not to seem to rude to the Professor as she waited for her to elaborate on their class today.

ANd she definitely was not paying attention to that stupid bulldog and the way she was fawning all over Draco, or how he was letting her flirt with him. Not at all. She didn't even care. Though if Bulstrode *happened* to accidentally get poisoned in the class because she was to busy stroking her Housemate, Ginny would probably be okay with that. Serve the silly bint right.

"Oh yes," Caden informed Ginny, following suit and lowering his voice as well. "Though...is it really gambling when you use this?" he tapped the side of his head with a playful smirk.

Letting out a low chuckle, Ginny leaned over to deliver a sharp poke to his arm.

"Now by that I hope you mean you always bet on me to win," she warned him, mouth curving up in genuine amusement.

"Only when it was the wise choice to make," Caden answered, taking on a serious, matter-of-fact tone. However, awarding the girl a playful wink, he added, "But don't worry, it usually was. I mean, how could it not be, with you on the team, Miss Ginny?"

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco's gaze flicked to where Ginny and Caden were (a bit too close in his opinion) "Watch out, I think your boyfriend's found a new target..." he remarked dryly to Millicent.

[Ginny Weasley]

"Always was," she countered tartly, lips curving up higher as she gave him another poke for good measure, slightly aware of Draco glancing over in their direction and feeling a little pleased at that. "Always was a good idea to bet on me. And less of the Miss, you sound like a House elf, its a little creepy, I'll be honest with you."

[Caden McGinnis]

"Nah, I kind of like it," Caden shook his head in disagreement. "Has a sort of jokingly formal feel to it, totally not serious here, and sort of cutesy, too." His smirk turning a bit mischievous, he repeated, "Miss Ginny."

Ginny raised an eyebrow as she folded her arms under her breasts.

"Weird and creepy," she countered with a pleasant smile. "Quit it or I'll be forced to retaliate."

[Caden McGinnis]

"Well, see, now you've got me all curious what you'll do if I keep goin'," Caden informed her. "And that curiosity of mine is hard to resist...Miss Ginny."

[Ginny Weasley]

"I grew up with Fred and George," she reminded him, flashing a quick, mischievious grin as she winked. "You sure on that, McIdiot?"

Millicent glanced over to the pair across the room and tilted her head, "hm, I daresay you're right." She sighed exaggeratedly, "I can't really just let him get away with that, now can I? And look," she shifted her gaze to Draco again, "they're playing the nickname game too. Original, huh?"
