"Why not?" Theo asked. "The feeling was intense, I have never felt so exhilarated in my life."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Because you will lose yourself in that feeling and I don't want to lose my friend like that," Pansy snapped at him.
She shook her head and sighed. Was Theo lost already?

[Theo Nott]

Theo sighted. "I cant promise anything like that." He told her. "I will try not to but it might not be possible."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"You can promise you will try," she replied. "But who am I to ask that of you?" she added and took another piece of chocolate.

[Theo Nott]

"You know how the spell works, it doesnt allow you tonot get consumed by the power." Theo replied. "I can try, but I cant even come close to promising it will actually work."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"I know," she whispered, playing with the wrapping of a candy.

[Theo Nott]

"Then why do you try and make me promise such a thing?" Theo asked her curiously, no accusation in his voice.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy gazed up at him, lips pursed in a thin line.
"Because I see you giving up, surrender to it without a fight," she replied.

[Theo Nott]

"Is this to do with me succumbing, or with the fact that the professor made me use it against Blaise?" Theo asked her.

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Both actually," she admitted.

[Theo Nott]

"That situation, wasn't good for either of us." Theo said. "I couldn't exactly refuse after everything that Professor Carrow and I had discussed earlier. It would have gone even worse than it already had."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"You had a talk with the Professor, huh?" she raised a brow.
"This school year svcks," she added with a sigh.

[Theo Nott]

"He and I discussed several things." Theo replied. "And he wanted to test my limits i guess."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"He seems to enjoy doing that. The others too," Pansy commented.

[Theo Nott]

"Of course they do." Theo replied. "They are not exactly the stablest of teachers."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"No, but they can teach us a lot of interesting stuff," she murmured, lost in thought.

[Theo Nott]

"They can." Theo agreed. "But only if we dont anger them, which means doing as the ask when the ask it."

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy shook her head and looked up in amusement.
"I noticed that too much svcking up to them isn't good either," she said.

[Theo Nott]

"Yes, well." Theo trailed off. "Not much I can do to change that image at the moment."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"I understand what you mean. An image tends to stick," she nodded.

[Theo Nott]

"Yes." Theo agreed. "And I was foolish to try the method I did, I should have known it wouldnt work."

[Pansy Parkinson]

The girl shrugged.
"Next time you'll know. I didn't have to try any method in particular, they'vebeen on my case since the very beginning."

[Theo Nott]

"What exactly did you do?" Theo asked. "To gain their attention so thoroughly."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Well... I entered the Death Eater classroom thinking it was empty, been cheeky and acted like a spoiled, mindless child when I saw myself surrounded by Death Eaters in the hopes I will present no interest," Pansy said.

[Theo Nott]

"Which in turn had the opposite effect." Theo said with a chuckle and a shake of his head.

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Not on the dpot. They kicked me out first and told me to come back when I grow up. But then... Lestrange got on my case, the two Carrows too..." Pansy shook her head.
"Now I'm stuck with Lestrange as tutor," she rolled her eyes.

[Theo Nott]

"At least Lestrange seems somewhat stable." Theo commented. "And you arent being tutored by Bellatrix."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"He's the most dangerous of them all because he seems so stable," Pansy huffed.

[Theo Nott]

"But because of that stability, he is a bit easier to deal with." Theo said. "At least it seems that way to me."

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy sighed. Theo had a point there.
"Well, we'll see how it goes. It's not as if I have a choice," she shrugged.
