[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Pfft," Millicent replied with a roll of her eyes as she desperately smoothed out her tousled strands. "Charming. Right." She then shot the boy a sly look, "would you say the same..." she lifted her hand and wiggled her fingers threateningly, "if I were to do the same to yours?"

[Draco Malfoy]

"Of course not, my hair is perfect as is, " Draco smirked.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Hm..." Millicent tilted her head and considered, imagining what it might look like in a disarrayed state. It would really clash with his otherwise perfect upkeep. It might actually look good. "Let's see," she mused a moment before reaching out and running her hand through his blonde strands a couple times. Lowering her hand, she observed her handiwork, "I dunno, Draco, I'm kind of liking this look."

"Hey, never underestimate the power of words," Caden shook his head at the girl as her shot her a wink. "Even under normal circumstances, a conversation is somethin' to be cherished."

Ginny shot him a bemused look at the comment, his irrepressible cheer seeming quite at odds with the usual depressed atmosphere of the school these days.

"I suppose you're right," she agreed, mouth curving up. "But I'd still prefer a good game of Quidditch myself."

Out of the corner of her eye, the redhead was aware of the familiar banter going on between Bulstrode and Draco, trying not to look over as the dark haired nit started... petting him...?

Alex listened to Ginny and Caden's conversation and smiled as his friend responded with his typically positive outlook. In as long as he had known the boy, he had never seen anything get him down. It was really remarkable.

[Caden McGinnis]

"Ahh, that's right," Caden recalled, nodding his head at the girl. "You were on the team. You were a...Chaser, right?"

[Ginny Weasley]

"Yeah that's right," she agreed, warming to the subject a little as she told herself to ignore the Slytherin fool across the room, and how Draco was letting her fawn over him. "Substitute seeker as well, but I prefer to play chaser. What about you two? Any interest in Quidditch?"

She cast her eyes to Alex as well, including him in the conversation.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco knocked Millicent's hand away "Aw, come on, you don't mess with perfection." He responded running a hand through his hair a few times to fix it. He didn't have an product in it so it didn't hold like it had when he'd combed it.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent chuckled and shook her head before deciding to tease the boy a little, "always have to have it just right, don't you?" She then motioned a hand to her own strands, "sometimes, when you let it fall naturally, it can be pretty perfect too."

[Draco Malfoy]

"I look great either way," Draco replied. "This is just a preference."

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Oh fine," Millicent conceded, her bottom lip pouting slightly. "Stubborn boy."

[Draco Malfoy]

"Dashingly sexy stubborn boy," Draco corrected.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent released a soft laugh and rolled her eyes, "and notoriously full of himself." She tilted her head, "just another part of that vast charm, I suppose."

[Draco Malfoy]

"There are worse things to be full of," Draco replied simply.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Oh, don't get me wrong," Millicent amended with a little wink, "it's not a bad thing at all. Confidence is definitely a desirable trait." She then offered a genuine smile, "it's nice that you never really change, Drake. I mean, you've matured for sure, less naive and all that like the rest of us, but...you're essentially the same."

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco made an exaserated sound "*Why* do people insist on calling me Drake? Is that one syllable so important? It's basically my exact name but witout the 'O' which means it's not my name." He ruffled her hair again "Cut it out, I'm not Drake I'm Draco, Millicent. And I'm glad you notice my well established matuirty." The blond finished in a dry tone.

[Professor Sprout]

Shaking her head at the girl, Pomona smiled to Ginny.
"Children," she said softly, nodding as the Gryffindor took a seat with the rest of the students.
She was surprised to see so many back to her class.
"Alright, everyone, let's at least pretend to have a class. We wouldn't want an inspection on us," she cleared her voice and stood in front of the students.
"So, this year we shall study poisonous plants," she announced.

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy made her way in the Greenhouse, nodding shortly at the Professor as she took a seat in the back of the class.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco rose a brow as if asking, what about them? Would they learn just what they did? Because they'd learned a lot of that in potions and earlier in the year-- or would they actually be growing them? Something he could see happening under this new regime.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent huffed loudly as Draco ruffled her hair again. She immediately lifted a hand to smooth it over once more before looking to him with a fake pout, "it's a cute nickname. I like to call you that."

[Draco Malfoy]

"Call me that all you want, but I'm not answering to it anymore," Draco declared.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Ooh," Millicent responded with a raised brow. "A threat. It's getting serious now." She sighed, "maybe I should just think of a new nickname then."

[Draco Malfoy]

"Maybe you should," Draco replied with a small, but amused, smirk.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Let's see here..." Millicent pondered as she tapped a finger against her chin. "Something you wouldn't mind, but still a cute one that I'd like using." She tilted her head in thought, "how about 'charming'? A spin off Prince Charming, of course." She looked to him, "I'll test it. Hey there, Charming, how's your day going?"

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco gave a soft laugh shaking his head "You're bloody mental."

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent grinned, "you like it then?"

[Draco Malfoy]

"It's better than Drake and is quite true so..." he pretended to consider it before responding. "I'll allow it."

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Awesome," Millicent replied, grin widening a little. "And you're right, it is better than Drake. More fun, at least."

[Draco Malfoy]

"More fun to explain at least, I'm sure," Draco responded dryly sending a smirk her way.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Of course," Millicent replied before sighing and tilting her head. "So..." What to talk about? She glanced to the professor but it didn't seem the woman really cared that she was having a conversation with her housemate. "What's your favorite class so far?"
