Theo winced internally at the nickname Alecto used. Maybe he needed to be a bit more detached. His face remained impassive as she manhandled the boy.

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex's eyes widened slightly at the sight of the Carrow woman dragging the boy through the room before binding him to a chair. He could see the terror in his eyes as he gazed about the room. Where had Alecto happened across him? It was such a sad fact to consider that this probably wouldn't be ending well for the defenseless Muggle. Did she really have to make an example out of someone so young? He struggled to regain his composure as he felt a deeply disturbed feeling settle within at the impending scene.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

Millicent tilted her head and inspected the Muggle. She'd bet that he talked tough when back at home, being the judgmental creature miss Carrow accused him of being. However, now out of his element, he proved to be entirely petrified. She shook her head. They were such a foolish race.

[Ginny Weasley]

Ginny's hands curled around the sides of her desk, white knuckled, her face paling to match as her mouth pressed into a thin line to stop her calling out in horror.

A muggle - a muggle *child*... He couldn't be any older than them, probably a few years younger honestly, though the terror on his face may have made him seem younger than he was. Why wouldn't it? He'd just been dragged into all the nightmares and fairy tales of his youth. His eyes said it all - blank, animal eyes as they flicked desperately between them. To him they were monsters, and frankly right now Ginny felt like one.

This wasn't right... This wasn't some mouse they were torturing, this wasn't even one of her friends whom had signed up for this abuse. This wasn't the muggles war...

She didn't know what the mad witch had planned, she didn't want to know... she wanted to stand up and protest now before Alecto even got started... She should. Better that she or one of her class mates were under the woman's wand than this poor naive kid... But she couldn't quite bring herself too. Oh she'd take whatever she had planned in a heartbeat... but Alecto knew that. Hadn't she just made it clear that it *wouldn't* be Ginny under her wand if it came to it. It would be Draco... and then it would be her doing.

But that was what this whole head screw was about wasn't it? Forcing her to either remain passive and obedient for whatever horrors she intended, or to make her responsible for the torture of one of her class mates... Ginny's hands tightened further.

Alex's gaze shifted briefly to Ginny. He could see the debate there. She wanted to speak out against this. Hell, so did he. However...he had to consider that it might not make a difference anyway. Alecto would either have them tortured or their classmates and then possibly kill the poor boy anyway. Or worse, torture the kid prior to doing so. Their intervention might only make matters worse for him. Alex's eyes again turned and lingered on the teen, a brief sympathy conveyed before he withdrew that emotion and fought to mask it. Damn it...

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco's expression remained impassive, unfortunately this was something he'd grown quite use to since the Dark Lords return.

[Alecto Carrow]

Alecto ruffled the boys hair, he was an older teen- maybe around 17 or 18 but still the right age range to make the impression she was trying to. She looked at the class "Miss. Weasley, still feeling okay?"

[Ginny Weasley]

Ginny's eyes flicked to the older witch, but she remained silent, not trusting herself to speak.

Don't do this... For the love of Merlin, just for once show yourself to be a human being...

[Alecto Carrow]

Alecto's brow quirked and she offered a small, amused smile "Yes?"

[Ginny Weasley]

"Actually I suddenly feel quite ill," she offered back, eyes remaining locked on the older witch.

Theo was intrigued by what Alecto was going to do. While he knew she was a bit unstable, she certainly wouldnt do anything without some sort of plan. Looking over at Ginny when the professor focused on her, he smirked at her reaction, it was so easy to get her riled up. He could see the disgust that she felt, as well as hear it in her voice, it greatly amused him.

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Err... Professor, why bring a Muggle here?" Pansy raised a brow at the young man who looked about their age.

[Caden McGinnis]

Caden, who had retaken his earlier seat beside Alex, narrowed his eyes only a fraction when Alecto brought the muggle in, opting to keep up his carefree demeanor. Yeah...this really wasn't that surprising, it was basically how he had seen this class going. He wasn't quite sure what she'd end up making all them do, what all her intentions were for the guy, but...this definitely wouldn't be going in a pleasant direction.

[Leanna Barker]

"Because it is a demonstration. It probably won't be going home to tell its family that it got kidnapped and tortured by its betters." Leanna murmured, her eyes on the struggling boy.

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex sent a subtle glare Leanna's way. Really? She was easily one of the most self-focused individuals he knew.

[Caden McGinnis]

Caden turned and arched his brow at Leanna. "Why're you calling him an it?" he asked the girl. "Even animals have genders, and even names." He turned and focused his pastel gaze on the quivering muggle boy, a friendly smile in place as he folded his hands together. "Sir, what's your name?"

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco shook his head, idiots. The lot of them.

[Alecto Carrow]

"Miss. Parkinson- I realize I am not of the male gender so by default am less interesting to you, however is this- or is this *not* MUGGLE studies?"

The woman scoffed lightly and tilted her head "Pet, are you talking to my subject without my permission? And to whom is this *sir* you speak?"

[Caden McGinnis]

"Ah, good point," Caden agreed, turning his smile to Alecto instead. "Sorry 'bout that, boss."

[Alecto Carrow]

"Did you call him Sir?" Alecto repeated tilting her head curiously.

[Caden McGinnis]

"Yes, I did," Caden replied. "Again, just reiterating that he's a dude here."

[Alexander Chevalier]

Alex inhaled and cast a glance between Caden and Alecto. It had gotten a little tense between them...again. Great.

[Alecto Carrow]

"Hmm..." Alecto considered that. "So... you call a muggle, around your age- Sir. How... interesting..." she slipped between the students. "Do you call your fellow Wizards Sir?"

[Caden McGinnis]

"Sure, if I feel like it," Caden gave a nonchalant shrug of his shoulders. "Especially strangers. On occasion, I've even been known to refer to animals as that. There was this spider on my ledge once, and I started talking to him. Called him sir. Actually...now that I think about it, it could've been a girl. Damn...I bet that was insulting."

Alex rolled his eyes and looked away, exhaling finally. Yeah, Caden was pretty much crazy enough to do something like that. Talking to spiders and such.

[Millicent Bulstrode]

"Eww, I hate spiders," Millicent responded as she looked to Caden. "They're the worst."

[Alecto Carrow]

Alecto laughed softly "Ahh, Pet, you really are too much. Though you *did* give me an idea..."

She offered him a soft smile before a series of spells left her lips, extending her wands she hit the muggle with it and the boy turned into a rather nice sized spider. Before it could scurry away she hit it with an freezing charm.

"There... you see that is the only way it is okay to call a muggle sir... in fact YOU dear Pet, shall set the tone for the treatment of this dear... *Sir* did you say?" She looked at Ginny "Though I wonder if you should be relieved by that or not..."

Alex tensed a little at this and shifted his focus back to his housemate. Damn. He glanced to the Muggle boy and again withheld an openly sympathetic look. This was already heading in a disturbing direction.

[Caden McGinnis]

"You're too generous, boss," Caden returned, keeping that sickened feeling that was rising in his chest at bay, and merely displaying the same, casual demeanor.

[Alecto Carrow]

"Aren't I though," Alecto responded with a smile. "So, Pet- since you're setting the tone for this lecture why don't you tell me something about muggles like 'Sir' here who believe anyone who practices magic to be horrible."
