Her breath was inhaled sharply as he touched her, even the gentle hands burning to her skin, a small gasp of pain leaving her lips as he lifted her head to press a vial to her lips. Brows pulling down in a frown, Ginny tried to struggle out of his hold, to turn her head away from the potion, but he held her still, the little vial forced past her lips and teeth to pour the cool liquid into her mouth, unil it hit the back of her throat, forcing her to swallow or drown.
Coughing and choking the redhead finally caved, the cooling potion sliding down her throat and into her stomach.
Strangely enough it didn't feel like any posion she'd heard off, instead sending a soothing, cooling ripple though her body, numbing the worst of the pain as it slowly spread, easing her tremors and loosening her limbs.
"What...?" she rasped in confusion as her eyes focused again, managing to stuggle up to her elbows as she watched the Slytherin sweep out of the room as if it had never happened.
Had he just given her a healing potion...?
Lifting a hand to her forehead, Ginny slowly shook her head trying to dislodge the haze that still lingered. No, it didn't matter... She didn't have time to stay here trying to figure out Malfoy's contradictory behaviour right now. She needed to get away - the Carrows could decide to drop back at any point, and she didn't know how long this reprieve from her injuries would last. She needed to get to the tower, or at the very least somewhere hidden before she passed out... Her mind thought longingly of the safety of the RoR but she pushed the thought away as she struggled to her feet. She couldn't risk being followed...
Her first few steps were uncoordinated and wobbly, sending her stumbling into desks but slowly she managed to regain enough motor skills to stagger out of the room and start her long journey to Griffindor tower.
